Enumerix is revolutionizing the field of genomics with our cutting-edge UltraPCR platform. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing commercial organization drive revenue by building up our sales and marketing tech stack, including our Hubspot instance.

Position Overview

As the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager at Enumerix, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our sales and marketing infrastructure for our growing commercial organization. You will own our marketing and sales technology stack, especially our Hubspot instance, to ensure utilization, integrations, and continuous optimization that support driving revenue. You will also partner with the sales and marketing teams to implement scalable processes around lead handoff, database hygiene, and reporting. This is an opportunity to make an impact, shaping the future of our sales and marketing operations as we prepare for our first product launch and beyond. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing and sales tech stack, ensuring adoption and seamless integrations with our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Build up Hubspot instance, ensuring utilization, integrations, and continuous optimization to support sales and demand generation efforts
  • Partner closely with marketing and and sales teams to implement scalable processes that drive efficient lead management, nurturing, and handoff to sales
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing performance dashboards, with reporting on key metrics such as campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline & revenue
  • Lead efforts in database management, segmentation, and hygiene to ensure clean, accurate data to be used for marketing and sales efforts
  • Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to the sales and marketing tech stack, staying current with emerging tools and technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS or life sciences company
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to create and manage reporting dashboards, analyze data, and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment between marketing, sales, and operations
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
