Your Role:
- Run wet lab experiments based on designs from senior team members
- Contribute to critical data generation for use in marketing materials, such as technical notes and white papers
- Report directly to the Sr. Manager, Product Applications
- Uphold the highest standards by following all company policies and health and safety codes
Your Profile:
- Must hold at least a Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related discipline
- Have 0 years to 2 years of industry experience in the field of genomics and applications
- Possess expertise in quantitative molecular biology techniques and best practices in the laboratory
- Have direct hands-on experience with qPCR assays, NGS library prep, or digital PCR platforms
- Embrace a team-player mentality to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, within and across functional teams
Job Requirements and Benefits:
- Duration: 6 months
- 40 hours per week (guaranteed)
- $40/hour
- Full benefits included
- Contract may be converted to be permanent based on open positions and performance during the 6 month period
Other Requirements:
- Legally eligible for employment in the U.S.
- Start date January 2025
